Farm Nový Dvůr is an organic farming company founded in 2006, located near Česká Lípa (Northern Bohemia), which introduces traditional goat milk and other dairy products to the daily menu and life. In recent years, goat milk products have gained much popularity, and as such have again become a part of the daily diet.

Cultural-historical criterion The farm Nový Dvůr is an organic farming company founded in 2006, located between municipalities Zahrádky and Sosnová near Česká Lípa. In 2011, the farm gained a selective breeding degree. The farm deals only with brown shorthaired goat breeds. The herd involves 70 adult individuals. The farm produces bio quality cheese mainly soft or semi -hard. Other dairy products such as goat whey or goat milk can also be purchased. Concerning milk yield, the farm reached its best results in the amount of drawn milk and the percentage of protein in 2011. In 2011, the farm was evaluated as the best goat farm in the Czech Republic in the large-herd category for its great results in milk yield control and was awarded the Regional Product of Lužické Mountains and Mácha Region Certificate for its excellent dairy products.
Ethnographic criterion
It is a completely new tradition, nevertheless, it aims at returning traditional goat milk and other dairy products to the daily menu and life.
Environmental criterion
For nearly 60 years the area of the pastures was used as a land to produce crops, using a huge amount of agrochemicals. Since 2006 it has been pastured by a gradually extending herd of goats, nowadays numbering up to 70 bodies. In 2008 the goat farm Nový Dvůr entered the mode of organic farming regime.
